Monday, July 30After a day of interesting sessions, come and meet the vendors and your peers at a wine and cheese reception in the vendor exhibition area. This event has been sponsored by Entrinsik.
DINNER BOAT CRUISE
Tuesday, July 31Join us for a beautiful sunset dinner boat cruise on the elegant MV Abitibi. This event has been generously sponsored by OA Solutions in order to keep your costs as low as possible. There will be a nominal fee of $30 per person which includes a buffet dinner and your first drink.
Admiral's Fleet Buffet Dinner
- Baron of Beef Au Jus: Grade 'A' Canadian beef seasoned with a secret mix of herbs and spices, slowly roasted to perfection, then carved by the chef. Dijon mustard and horseradish wonderfully compliment this dish.
- BBQ Filet of Salmon: Marinated for 24 hours, broiled to perfection with a barbecue spice mix. To compliment this dish, a capers and white wine sauce is served.
- Roast Potatoes: peeled, lightly rubbed in spice and oil, oven roasted.
- Fresh Market Vegetables with butter and herbs.
- Caesar Salad with homemade seasoned croutons and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
