The Gage Towers are located on the University of British Columbia campus. Rooms will be held until June 29, 2007. The group rate will not be available after this cutoff date or after the room block is filled. Reservations made after the cutoff date will be subject to availability and will be at the lowest rate available to the general public at the time of booking.

All reservation requests for private suites must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or be guaranteed by one of the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard or American Express. This deposit will be refundable up until 4:00pm, 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, should the reservation be cancelled. An administration fee will be charged for returning cheques.

The Meridian is a contemporary apartment hotel that is located in the West End, just a quick ferry ride across from Granville Island. They offer fully equipped kitchens and in suite washers and dryers.
