* Workflow as a Tool for Benefactor	Cheryl Cline	Datatel *	Every day your staff faces a series of routine tasks, such as changing address, entering gifts and updating demographic information. Each task can involve a considerable amount of time and paperwork. Imagine, however, accomplishing those same tasks more efficiently, with the use of Datatel's Workflow Management System (WfMS). With this tool, tasks can be routed electronically, data is managed more efficiently, and through the use of a `to-do list', staying on task is much easier. Workflow is available for all applications (FR, ST, CF, HR).

Informer Web Reporting Software	Doug Leupen	Entrinsik	Entrinsik will be presenting its Informer Web Reporting Software. Informer has become a very popular end-user reporting / query tool for Datatel users and this session will provide you with an overview of Informer's features. We will create a new report directly from a UniData database and demonstrate how it can be exported into Excel, PDF, or into E-mail. Many other important features and security items will be covered during the session.

Datatel's Action Planning Services	Jane Burke	Datatel	The Action Planning Session will provide information on what the new Datatel complimentary (no-fee) service called Action Planning will provide to clients. The four major elements that comprise Action Planning will be discussed as will the keys to success. The Action Planning process will allow your institution to more effectively deploy resources, deal with change, achieve desired outcomes, understand funding requirements and, overall, build a more efficient organization.
