REGISTRATION

The conference fee is $85 Canadian + 7% Goods and Services tax (for a total of $90.95 Canadian). For the convenience of those paying by cheque in US funds, the conference fee is $55 US + 7% Goods and Services tax (for a total of $58.85 US). The federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) is refundable for non-Canadian visitors.

You may cancel your registration until June 18, 2001 with a full refund.
