A look at UCC’s Canadian Financial Aid Solution (powerpoint)
Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (ECE) automates the process of confirming that students with government loans are enrolled in a full course load.  ECE data from the Ministry and from our student database are merged electronically and only exceptions are validated by manually.  Data is uploaded to the Ministry and documents are sent directly to the student for negotiation.

Whitman College has been one of the beta sites for Datatel’s new GUI, User Interface 1.0.  We will show some of the new features of UI and how these can benefit users.  We will also demonstrate these features using the Whitman College DUCK (Datatel Users’ Coffee Klatch) format, regularly occurring informal sessions for Datatel users from various end user offices and IT staff.
